PIA Flight Returns To Karachi After Hijacking Threat

A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) plane was forced to return and land in Karachi after a passenger claimed that the plane could be hijacked.

The PIA flight, which was flying from Karachi to Bahawalpur, was forced to land after there were threats of a hijacking.

PIA spokesperson had said that a passenger on board had informed those on board that the plane could be hijacked, and the captain taking safety measures took the plane back to Karachi.

PIA sources say the situation inside the plane is normal. All passengers are reported to be on board the plane, which is on the runway. Hijacker has been arrested after a successful raid by ASF, according to CAA sources.
